My name is Dr Reena Singh, ND and I’m an expert in metabolic health, weight loss, and hormonal balance.
I am passionate about helping people take back control of their health. My own journey led me into naturopathic medicine. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, an inflammatory bowel disease, at age 19 and was told that I would have to manage my condition with medications and steroids forever and that having kids may not be in my future. Naturopathic medicine helped me to reverse the disease process, get off the medications, lose the weight, balance my hormones and optimize my health for 2 healthy pregnancies.
My goal is to help you heal and strengthen your foundation, re-balance & optimize your body so your hormones function optimally so that you lose the unwanted weight, feel and look your best, think clearly and reduce your chances of becoming one of the 50% of people who are diagnosed with a chronic illness that requires at least one prescription medication.
